Meanwhile, Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of 7-year-old Daniel Naitram of Brickery Supply, East Bank Demerara.

The lad, who was reported missing on Monday morning, was found in a pit toilet about 14:05 hrs on Thursday afternoon with wounds to his chest and the back of his head. Part of his left hand was missing.

Also in custody is a man from the same area who is said to be an ‘obeah’ man
